Article 1

The Standards are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.

Article 2

Review fees and certificate fees shall be paid in accordance with the following regulations for the application of Intelligent Building Label and Intelligent Building Candidate Certificate: 1. Review fee: (1)New application and extension of certification: NT$800 each. (2) Replacement and additional issue: NT$300 each. (3) English translated version: NT$800 each. (4) Building name alteration: NT$100 each. 2. Certificate fee: NTD200 each. The certificate fee will be refunded if the application be rejected or re-examination is not submitted within the time limit.

Article 3

The fees stipulated in the preceding article may not be returned after payment, with the exception of overpayment or erroneous payment, which may be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations in the Charges and Fees Act.

Article 4

The Standards are enforced from the date of promulgation.
