Fee-charging Standards for the Application of Designated Professional Institutions for Building Precast Rate Evaluation

Article 1
This standard is established in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
Applicants for the designated professional institution for assessing the building precast rate of specific building shall pay a fee of NT$15,000 per application.
Article 3
After the fee specified in the preceding article has been paid, any overpayment or erroneous payment shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 4
This standard shall take effect from the date of its promulgation.
