Article 1
The Standards are based on the Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges And Fees Act.
Article 2
An alien who enter Taiwan area for temporary visit can apply Automatic Immigration Clearance System under the Treaty/Agreement, each application shall be charged 3,000 NTD and given 5 years of validity, with the exception of the principle of reciprocity may waive, deduct, or suspend the application fee.
An alien as defined foreign national, person of the Mainland area, or resident of Macau or Hong Kong.
Article 3
Application which has been submitted is nonrefundable.
Article 4
The Standards shall come into effect upon the day of promulgation.
