The Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Telecommunications Management Act, Article 92.
For the review, inspection and license issuance, renewal, and reissuance of the establishment of mobile broadband dedicated telecommunications networks, the fee-charging standards are as per the attached table.
After paying the fees in accordance with the fee-charging standards, the applicant shall not apply for a refund unless the fee is overpaid or paid in error, or otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
The Regulations shall be enforced as of the date of promulgation.
