Sanitation Standards for Health Food

The Standards are prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Health Food Control Act.
The sanitation standards of health food as well as its containers and packaging shall be governed with the relevant provisions of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.
The Standards shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
