Article 1

The Standards for Funeral director Certificate Fees (hereinafter referred to as the Standards) are formulated in accordance with Article 7 and Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.

Article 2

The funeral director certificate fees are charged as follows: 1. According to Articles 3 and 8 of the Regulations for Administration on Funeral Director, the funeral director certificate fee is NT$1,000 per issuance or renewal. 2. According to Article 10 of the Regulations for Administration on Funeral Director, the funeral director certificate fee is NT$600 per re-issuance.

Article 3

The Standards shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
