Article 1

The Standards are enacted in accordance with Article 9 of the Act Governing Issuance of Police Criminal Record Certificates and Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Charges And Fees Act.

Article 2

Each application for issuance of the police criminal record certificates shall be charged NT$100 per copy, and NT$20 for each additional copy.

Article 3

The Standards will take effect from the date of promulgation.
