Standards of Funeral and Burial Subsidy for Military Personnel

Article 1
The Standards is enacted on the base of Act of Military Personnel Pension Article 21.
Article 2
The Standards of Funeral and Burial Subsidy for Military Personnel in active duty as follow:
Subparagraph 1
Cremation: On the base of last wages in active duty, will be given 7 months wages as the subsidy. The military personnel, whose rank below 1st Lieutenant 5th grade, will be given the wages as 1st Lieutenant 5th grade.
Subparagraph 2
Interment: On the base of last wages in active duty, will be given 5 months wages as the subsidy. The military personnel, whose rank below 1st Lieutenant 5th grade, will be given the wages as 1st Lieutenant 5th grade.
The military personnel, who is missing in action, registered and announced death by the Ministry of National Defense, will be given the subsidy as Subparagraph 2. On condition of death revoke, the institution which issued the subsidy should pursue the payment.
Article 3
The Standards will be put into practice from the promulgation date.
