Article 1

These Standards are adopted pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1, of the Charges and Fees Act.

Article 2

A person applying for approval of a senior high school textbook, or applying to revise a textbook during the effective period of a textbook approval license, shall pay in one lump sum an approval fee of the amount specified below to the assessing agency or an account designated by it: 1. Application for approval: NT$25,000 per set. 2. Application for revision: NT$13,000 per set.

Article 3

These Standards shall enter into force from the date of issuance.
