Article 1

This Standards was enacted in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 48 of the Senior High School Education Act and Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.

Article 2

Fees to be charged for the review, approval and revision of senior secondary school textbooks are as follows: 1. General schools: (1) Review and approval fee: NT$25,000 per textbook (2) Revision fee: NT$15,000 per textbook 2. Technical, comprehensive and specialized schools: (1) Review and approval fee: NT$15,000 per textbook (2) Revision fee: NT$7,500 per textbook

Article 3

This Standards shall take effect on the day of promulgation.
