Article 1

This policy is issued pursuant to Section 1 of Chapter 10 of the Charges Act.

Article 2

A fee will be charged for use of image files and data of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Please see Appendix: Charges for Use of Image Files and Data for fee rates and fee calculation methods.

Article 3

Use of image files and data of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is regulated by the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts Use Policy.

Article 4

This policy will be effective from the date of issue.
