Change Standards for Registration Inspection Services for the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries

These standards are enacted in accordance with Article 24 of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries Governance Act.
1A refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise shall pay a review fee of NT$500 to request the central competent authority to process any of the following applications:
21. Application for a permit.
32. Application for issuance, alteration or replacement of a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise registration certificate.
A refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise shall pay a certificate fee of NT$2,500 to the central competent authority for its application for issuance, alteration, replacement or reissuance of a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise registration certificate.
These standards shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
