These Regulations are adopted pursuant to Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Application fee for permission to exploit works of which the economic rights holder cannot be identified or contacted ("orphan works") is NTD5,000 per work.
These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their issuance.
