This Standards is enacted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
1The Radiation Monitoring Center, Nuclear Safety Commission (referred to as “the Center” hereafter) lists the following items to be charged an administrative fee, and adopts the standard of charges as follows:
21.Calibration and testing of portable gamma dose rate meter, NT$2,200 per set
32.Gamma spectrometric analysis, NT$2,000 per sample
43.Radioactive contamination smear test, NT$500 per piece
54.Strontium- 90 nuclide analysis, NT$12,000 per sample
65.Gross alpha and gross beta analysis in water sample, NT$2,200 per sample
76.Tritium analysis in water sample, NT$2,000 per sample
87.Tissue free water tritium analysis in foods sample, NT$5,000 per sample
9Additional copy or correction of the preceding calibration, measurement, or analysis reports, NT$250 per report

Applicants who apply to the Center for viewing, hand-copying, photographing, or duplicating archives and information shall be charged according to the government information fee standards set by the Nuclear Safety Commission and its affiliated agencies.
This Standards shall be put into practice from the date of promulgation.
