This Schedule is promulgated pursuant to Article 70 of the Telecommunications Act.
The Dedicated Telecommunications Statutory Fees include the fees for examinations, inspection and license. The charge items and fee are as attached.
The fees for examinations and inspection should be paid upon application; and the license free should be paid when it is issued.
1I. Applicant should pay the Statutory Fee in the form of cash, check issued by bank, treasury check, or draft to the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.
2II. The aforementioned check, treasury check or draft should be made payable to the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.
Except for the case of over-payment, payment by mistake or by stipulation any other law provides, the payment shall not be returned after applicant pays the Statutory Fee according to the Schedule.
The Schedule shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
