Fee Charging Standards of Certificate of Telecommunications

These standards are prescribed according to Article 70 of Telecommunications Act.
Fee of certificate of registration, revision or due date replacement, or reissuance due to lost or breakage of telecommunication engineer enterprise(s) is NT$ 900 per copy.
Fee of certificate shall be collected while filing the application.
1Applicant should pay the Statutory Fee in the form of cash, check issued by bank, treasury check, or draft to the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.
2The aforementioned check, treasury check or draft should be made payable to the NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION.
These standards shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
