電信事業申請無線電頻率核配審查收費標準

These Standards are promulgated according to Article 92 of the Telecommunications Management Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act).

1With regard to applications for radio frequency allocation review by telecommunications enterprises according to Paragraph 1, Article 53 of the Act, the review fees are as follows:

21. Mobile communications frequency allocation: NT$1 million per piece.

32. Satellite communications frequency allocation:

4(1) For newly established satellite systems: NT$1 million per piece. The same shall apply to applications for both fixed-satellite and mobile-satellite services under the same satellite system.

5(2) For existing satellite systems applying for additional frequency purposes: NT$1 million per piece.

6(3) For existing satellite systems applying for additional or modified frequencies or installation sites without adding new frequency purposes: NT$200,000 per piece. If additional or modified frequency bands are involved, NT$500,000 per piece.

7(4) Application for allocation of originally assigned frequencies upon expiry of the frequency use period: NT$5,000 per piece.

Applicants who have paid the fees as stipulated in these Standards may not request a refund, except in the case of overpayment, payment by mistake or as otherwise provided for in the regulations.

These Standards shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.
