Sanitation Standard for the Tolerance of Mycotoxins in Foods

This standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Sanitation.
1The tolerance of aflatoxin in foods shall meet the following standards:

The tolerance of mycotoxin in infant foods shall be compatible with the "Sanitation Standard for Infant Foods".
This Standard shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
