This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.
1Canned foods packed in metallic containers shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of
2reproducing under normal storage conditions.
Canned foods packed in retort-pouch shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions.
Canned foods packed in glass bottles shall pass inspection by incubation test (37oC for 10 days) and free of microorganisms capable of reproducing under normal storage conditions.
This Standard shall be implemented at release date.
