健康食品查驗登記審查費證書費收費標準

These standards are enacted in accordance with the provisions the Paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Health Food Control Act and Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.

1The standards for charging fees to register health food are as follows:

21.The preliminary review fee shall be NT$ 160,000 per application.

32.The secondary review fee shall be NT$ 340,000 per application.

43.The review fee charged for amendment or extension of the registration certificate shall be NT$ 12,000 per application.

54.The review fee charged for reissuance, replacement or transference of the registration certificate shall be NT$ 16,000 per application.

65.The fee charged for a certificate shall be NT$ 2,000 each.

76.The fee charged for an English Certificate shall be NT$ 2,000 each for original copy and NT$ 100 each for duplicate.

8Each application for amendment of the registration certificate in subparagraph 3 of the preceding paragraph shall be the different contents in the same registration certificate or the same item with the same contents in different ones.

These standards shall be implemented from January 1, 2025.
