Fee Standards for the Review and Issuance of Organic Labelling Approval Documents for Organic Agricultural Products and Organic Processed Agricultural Products

These Standards are established in accordance with Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
1The fees for reviewing the applications made by importers for the issuance of organic labelling approval document are described below:
21.New Taiwan Dollars Five Hundred (NTD 500) for each application covering 1-5 products;
32.New Taiwan Dollars One Thousand (NTD 1,000) for each application covering 6-10 products;
43.New Taiwan Dollars One Thousand and Five Hundred (NTD 1,500) for each application covering 11-20 products; and
54.New Taiwan Dollars Two Thousand (NTD 2,000) for each application covering more than 20 products.
These Standards shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
