Standards for the Approval Fee of Applications for the Establishment of an FM Radio Station

These standards are promulgated in accordance with Article 50-1 of the Radio and Television Act.
1The approval fee of these standards shall be calculated in New Taiwan Dollars. The fees are as follows:
2I. Application fee for the establishment of an FM radio station (B) or sub-units: NTD150,000 per application.
3II. Application fee for the establishment of an FM radio station (A): NTD50,000 per application.
According to the notice from the competent authority, there shall be no additional charges for applications submitted within the deadline.
Once paid, the approval fees, including those that have been mistakenly paid or over paid, shall not be refunded.
These standards shall become effective from the day of their promulgation.
